Bobz Ribz is Staten Island’s premier restaurant for BBQ and country cooking! Our extensive menu features our signature Baby-Back and St. Louis Style ribs, BBQ and fried chicken, mashed potatoes, macaroni & cheese along and many other homestyle comfort foods.
As our name suggests, we are best known for our delicious ribs–they’re Staten Island’s best! Come find out for yourself by digging into either a full or half rack coated in our house-made sauce. Just don’t ask for the recipe…it’s our secret!
Do you like chicken or pork? Well we can serve it just about any way you like, from grilled to fried, with a wide variety of sides. Another popular favorite is our Cajun-style fried Cat Fish. Our spicy hot Buffalo wings and nacho platter make excellent appetizers for parties and events, and are a great way to begin your meal. For anyone looking for some lighter or vegitarian fare, we offer a varitey of salads and soups, along with made-to-order sandwhiches and wraps.

Fall off the Bone Ribs

Bothy the Baby Back Ribs and the St. Louis Ribs are awesome here. The meat is tender and falling off the bone. They make the BBQ sauce frsh and you have to try their cornbread with maple walnut butter.
