One of the reasons people use East Coast Cuisine to browse restaurants is our reviews. People want to know what to expect from a restaurant they've never been to. It's our job to let them know about exceptional dishes, atmosphere, cleanliness, service and more. If you consider yourself a restaurant critic and you think you can be objective and fair to the restaurants you visit, you may want to become one of our reviewers. You must have a love for restaurants. You must be a frequent restaurant customer and you need to try allot of new and different restaurants. Another very important attribute is that you will have to be able to write a comprehensive review.
